For your peace of mind, we do not transact over the Internet due to lack of security.

We process all orders by voice phone or fax.

We do not process credit card details over the Internet.

On acceptance of our e-quote, you telephone or fax your credit card details to us.

We MANUALLY enter your details into a card terminal that is directly linked to OUR credit card company for authorization.  This checks for card validity and sufficient funds for this particular sale.

Our terminal then prints out two receipts - one for you - one for us.

Your receipt is sent with your goods.

Once your goods have been shipped from us, we shred the sales docket.  The upside is that you know that you're safe using our system - the downside is that, as many of our customers repeat-buy from us, they have to re-issue their card details to us again.  We believe that this "inconvenience" is a small price to pay?

We protect your email details using the very latest [and expensive] "anti hacker" software that blocks potential hackers from entering our system. Persistent hackers can be quickly and accurately identified and are reported to the relevant authorities.

In line with the UK Data protection Act, any details you supply to us are kept strictly private.

We NEVER sell or recirculate email addresses.

We rarely bother you with unsolicited SPAM (junk mail) - we would rather believe that excellent customer service always brings customers back and generates recommendations!

Why are your prices lower than my local retailer?

All e-retailers have low overheads and should be able to pass on the savings to their clients. We work on very tight margins in the belief that the volume of orders we get justifies the price.

Currently we have satisfied over 800 customers - many of whom buy from us time and time again - including trade clients and independent curtain makers

I've never  ordered anything over the Internet before - how safe is it?

Be sure that the Internet is NOT safe!

How long will my order take ?

Subject to fabric availability we can turn round most orders inside 3 weeks.  If we can't - we tell you right from the outset!

Why is your carriage not the cheapest?

We only use Royal Mail Parcelforce [UK] and all shipments are fully insured against loss-in-transit and damage.

Some of our competitors DON'T insure - you try proving that you haven't received your order!!

We deliver NEXT DAY - not next week!

How do I know that you're not just supplying seconds or imperfects?

All the fabrics and wallcoverings that we supply are delivered to us directly from the manufacturers.

We quality-check prior to shipping to you.

In the event of you NOT being entirely satisfied with your purchase - simply return it to us for a free replacement.This does not include "change of mind"

It is simply not worth jeopardizing our good reputation in an attempt to make a quick buck.(Other e-retailers please note!!!!!)
