We only source "perfect" quality direct from the relevant manufacturer - we do not deal in "seconds", end of line or discontinued products.

Please check goods for colour, condition, and accuracy of printing and in order to ensure they are the goods you have ordered

You will only own the goods once full payment has been made. You will be responsible for the goods once delivery has been made or delayed by you at delivery.

Every care has been taken in the preparation of the contents of this web site.

All fabrics we sew need to comply with the Furniture and Furnishing (Fire) (Safety) regulation 1988 if they are to be used outside of a domestic situation. This will be detailed in the ‘Fabric Description’. Treatment is available at additional cost, but customers are advised that flame retarding can affect the finish, handle and occasionally the colour of fabrics.

www.custom-curtains.co,uk cannot be held responsible for any results where products are treated after purchasing by spraying or processing of any kind, including flame retarding or stain repellent or other similar treatments. No liability will be accepted for changes in appearance, performance or any other defects as a result of any such treatments.

Glazed chintz ranges have been specially treated to give a glazed finish. If these designs are further processed chemically, and then the glaze will be affected.

We recommend that all Soft Furnishings should be "Dry Clean" only

Care Instructions - Unless otherwise stated all soft furnishings should be "Dry Clean Only".  Sometimes whilst in transit, creasing can occur - we recommend that you iron using a dry iron only - not steam as the moisture content can adversely affect the finish and hanging of the soft furnishings

Any dispute not resolved by the normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law

Terms and Conditions of Sale [Pre-Loved Curtains and Standard Goods only]

All Pre-Loved Curtains and Soft Furnishings are described as accurately as possible but are "Second Hand" unless stated otherwise

All sizes shown are approximate

Items offered for sale are limited to stock availability - we remove or indicate as quickly as possible when an item has been sold and remove the weblink to that specific page

All prices shown on our website include VAT at the current rate ruling

Under The Consumer Protection [Distance Selling] Regulations 2000 you you have the right to cancel your order from the date of the order up until 7 working days after the receipt of the goods. If you are unhappy in any way with the goods you receive, simply return the item to us in the same condition as it was received - using [ideally] the same protective packaging for a full refund.  This does not include the cost of shipping back to us which you are responsible for.

With returned goods you are responsible for their safety and would recommend that suitable insurance is taken out when returning items to us together with proof of posting/shipping.

* Typical Retail Price when new *  This is calculated by us based on actual Manufacturers Suggested Retail price of fabric [if still currently available] or an approximation of a similar fabric in design and quality, cost of lining and haberdashery and the cost of labour and is based on the price that we would quote to be supplied as "new"

Dating of Pre-Loved Curtains - the suggested age of all pre-loved curtains are based on our professional opinion and should be taken as an approximation.  In the case of "Ex Display" or "Standard Goods" this will be clearly explained on each individual webpage

Money Back Guarantee - We are convinced that you will be delighted with your purchase - but please read the detailed description carefully to make sure that any product supplied will fit your windows.  In the unlikely event of you not being completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return to us within your 7 working days cooling off period for a full refund. 

When returning Goods to us due to a change of mind you will be responsible for the shipping costs

Should goods not accurately fit the description then we will pay the cost of shipping back to us

Textile Labelling - where textile labels are already attached, these will be left in situ and may details additional care instructions
