Terms & Conditions

  1. The promoter is: Interior Goods Direct Limited (company no. 04966706) whose registered office is at Unit 2 Jubilee Way, Grange Moor, Wakefield, West Yorkshire, WF4 4TD.
  2. To qualify as an entrant for the Competition, you must be a UK mainland resident.
  3. Employees of IGD or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  4. Competition entries must be submitted in the manner specified to be considered for the prize.
  5. This Competition begins on the 31st October 2016, and will close at 23:59 on Thursday the 3rd November. Entries after that date and time will not qualify for the prize.
  6. The winners will be notified in the days after the competition’s closure via a Twitter message.
  7. If the winners fail to respond with the requested details after seven days of receipt, Interior Goods Direct reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
  8. Interior Goods Direct reserves the right to use the names of any winners in any publicity materials, which includes but is not limited to social media posts and emails.
  9. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative to this prize.
  10. Interior Goods Direct reserves the right to not accept any entries which contain anything libellous, obscene, harassing or threatening.
  11. The contents of the prize may vary compared to the items featured in any promotional images.
  12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter or any other Social Network.

  14. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  15. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  16. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
